Hello, I was born in 1989 in Brazil and now live in Centreville, VA. I speak Portuguese and English. I have over four years of experience as a Babysitter, Nanny and Au pair. I am infant qualified. I’ve cared for children from newborn to eleven years old. During my time with my previous children I enjoyed teaching fine motor skills through play and reading and as they got older through coloring, drawing, crafts and through positive reinforcement. I am a very loving, patient, dynamic, pro-active, responsible, and punctual caregiver. I understand the importance of my role as a Babysitter and Nanny to provide a safe, clean and happy environment while you’re out.
Hello my name is Maria I was born in 1976 and live in the Lanham area. I recently graduated from bible school and now work with a children ministry. and I have been in the childcare field for over ten years and I love what I do. Seeing the faces of many children every morning throughout the years has been my favorite, they simply brightened my day. Activities that I enjoy overseeing during an event of babysitting are age appropriate science experiments/discoveries, creating art, crafting pieces, and even taking walks around the immediate neighborhood with parents permission. Previous families I've worked with say that I am trustworthy, loyal, caring and patient. I look forward to meeting each family and building a relationship with your children.

I was born in 1979 in Bulgaria, a picturesque country in the Southeastern corner of
Europe. I grew up in the capital of Sofia, where I acquired my MA in Cultural
Anthropology at the University of Sofia and then ventured out to faraway India to
complete a second undergraduate degree in Indian Classical Dance.
I currently live in North Arlington, Virginia, and I am the loving mother of two
elementary schoolers — an 11-year old boy and a 6-year old daughter. I have also served
as a high school-level Literature teacher at the Bulgarian Educational and Cultural
Center in Washington, DC since 2017.
While I am a native Bulgarian speaker, I am fluent in English and conversational
Russian. My experience as a professional dancer and a writer has helped me to facilitate
several children’s storytelling workshops, both in English and in Bulgarian.
I have a natural inclination to engaging children at their level, and there is nothing quite
like fueling the wide-eyed imaginations and pure-heartedness of children.
I believe that beyond the basics like a feeling of absolute safety and emotional security,
children need inventive entertainment to help them stay engaged and learning. With my
own children, I am careful about rationing screen time. This frees up time for art,
reading and other learning opportunities, as well as various outdoor activities.

Hi ! Im Jasmin Gallo. Im a 90’s baby born in 1991 born and raised in Brooklyn, New York. I’ve been babysitting for about 8 years now and love every minute of it. Since I was young I would babysit my younger siblings. From then I knew that one day I would want to work with children. I’m a mother of 3 now so it definitely keeps me busy and gives me new challenges as they grow. I’m currently residing in Woodbridge, Virginia. I’m fluent in writing and speaking Spanish. So if you’re comfortable I can Introduce a new language to you’re little one ! I love being active with kids, (dance parties are my favorite). I do arts and crafts and reading is always fundamental to help the little ones brain to expand it's creativity. Choosing me as your nanny/babysitter would give you a sense of security and relief that you will be able to go out and know your child is well taken care of and having a blast ! I’m truly a kid at heart and love to learn new things everyday. In the future I want to go back to school and get my degree to work with children with special needs.
